Crab Roll

INGREDIENTS:
4 Soft rolls
1 lb. Dungeness crab meat
¼ lb. Unsalted butter
4 tsp. Chives
Salt & pepper
PREPARATION:
Split & toast soft rolls-set aside on plates. Heat sauté pan on medium to high heat. Add the butter. When melted, add crab, salt & pepper. Heat and toss crab to mix in butter. Season to tast, add chives and spoon onto rolls. Serve with hot shoestring potatoes, a lemon wedge, and a cold Anchor Steam.
