Cocktail ~ La Fragola

This recipe was demonstrated on May 14, 2008 at a cocktail demonstration and tasting event during San Francisco Cocktail Week.

Makes one cocktail


INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Blue Coat Gin
½ oz organic agave syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
½ oz Martini and Rossi Bianco
2-3 organic strawberries


PREPARATION:

Muddle strawberries, agave syrup, and lemon juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, Blue Coat, Martini and Rossi Bianco and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with fresh mint sprig.
