Honey Yogurt Parfait

Choose your favorite yogurt, I like St. Benoit’s Plain yogurt for this presentation and your favorite parfait or Sundae glass.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons yogurt
1/2- 1 cup fresh kiwi
2-4 tablespoons nuts of your choice, sliced or crushed
1 tablespoon coconut, shredded or flaked
½ banana, sliced
1 honey straw
PREPARATION:
1. In the very bottom of the glass, squeeze about a tablespoon of your favorite honey. I prefer Marshall’s S.F. Bay Area Blend, Wild West Wildflower or our Star Thistle honey for this recipe.
2. Then add a few tablespoons of yogurt.
3. Add your choice of seasonally fresh berries.
4. On top of the berries, layer a few more tablespoons of yogurt
5. For the next layer add a mixture of honey and your favorite sliced or crumbled nuts. I am using our sage honey with Lagier Ranches sliced almonds.
6. Next add another layer of Yogurt.
7. Top off your parfait with shredded or flaked coconut, banana slices and your favorite honey straw. Cut or pinch open one end of the honey straw off to open the straw. Place the straw as a decorative accent on top of the parfait.
